Who we are

Hub26 Ltd runs the workspaces, gym, and spa at Lawrence House and Scandinavia Mills in Cleckheaton, West Yorkshire. Milly is our chat assistant on the Hub26 website. When you chat with Milly, Hub26 Ltd is the data controller for the personal details you share.

What we collect

When you chat with Milly we may collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number, if you share it
• The questions you ask and the choices you make in the conversation, so the right Hub26 team can pick up where you left off
• Basic technical information your browser sends (such as your general location and the time of the chat)

We do not collect special-category data (such as health information) unless you choose to share it in a free-text reply.

Why we collect it

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, book the tour or treatment you asked about, and follow up if we said we would. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running Hub26 and helping you with what you came in for.

If you specifically opt in, we may also send you occasional updates about events, classes, or offers. You can stop those at any time by replying to any of those emails.

How long we keep it

If you become a Hub26 member or customer, we keep your details for as long as you are with us, plus a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and legal reasons.

If your enquiry does not turn into a booking or membership, we keep your chat record for up to 90 days and then delete it.

Who we share it with

We share your details with the Hub26 team responsible for what you asked about (gym, spa, workspaces, events, or general enquiries).

We also use a small number of trusted suppliers to run the chat: our website host (Cloudflare), our database (Supabase), and our email sender (Resend). They process your data on our behalf and only for the purpose of running Milly.

We do not sell your details to anyone.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• See the personal details we hold about you
• Have a mistake corrected
• Ask us to delete your details
• Object to how we use them
• Ask us to stop processing them in certain situations

Complaints

We hope you would speak to us first if anything is wrong. You also have the right to complain to the UK regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office, at ico.org.uk.
